Our Firm supports and advises both businesses and individuals through all the stages of debt recovery.
We start the process with the reconstruction of the debtor’s assets through the following investigations:
- Tracing the debtor, using information from municipal registers.
- Identification of movable and immovable assets and reconstruction of potential transactions subject to claw-back actions.
- Locating the debtor’s employment, including identifying corporate positions or locating the employer (in case of employment contracts).
- Identification of potential seizable goods attachable business and/or personal assets
- Identifying any credits suitable for third-party seizure.

Upon completion of the investigations and inquiries, we can provide our customer with a preliminary assessment regarding the feasibility of the debt recovery actions which will take into account the potential tax deductibility of the uncollectible debts (along with VAT recovery) resulting from the unsuccessful enforcement procedures undertaken.
Within the framework of assessing risks, the firm will provide all necessary information regarding ongoing, enforcement, and/or insolvency procedures (bankruptcy, composition, etc.) against the debtor. Crucial in determining the strategy to adopt will also be the type of attachable assets.
