ASSOCIATED LAW FIRM

Based in the heart of Lucca’s old town, right next to the main courthouses, Studio Piva Patitucci was founded in 1974 by Lawyer Luigi Piva and has been working since then. We specialise in civil and criminal law.

Nowadays, our team is made up of Lawyers Edoardo Marco Andrea Piva and Giuliana Patitucci, who are able to meet the needs of the international clientele thanks to their ever growing skills which, of course, include property law.

Our highly skilled team of interdisciplinary lawyers have extensive knowledge of the English language and work throughout Tuscany, providing tailored services to meet every client’ s specific need.

Mr. Piva graduated from the Law Faculty of the University of Pisa and started his career in 2004. Over the years, he has acquired significant knowledge and expertise in civil matters, particularly in handling road accidents, being able to deal with litigations and insurance matters; he also specialises in criminal law, tax offences, bankruptcy, and personal crimes.

A sports and motor sports enthusiast, he has been registered as a court-appointed lawyer since 2011 and is listed for pro bono representation. He has been a Supreme Court advocate since 2022 and a member of Lucca’s Criminal Chambers. His dedication to his profession matches the intensity of his precision and accuracy.

Mrs Patitucci graduated in Law from the Seconda Università Degli Studi di Napoli and has been working as a lawyer since 2009. She boasts a solid reputation in litigation, execution and insolvency procedures, as well as in managing and recovering bad debts for both businesses and individuals.

Within the firm, she primarily caters to foreign or English-speaking clientele. Detail orientated, she works meticulously and reliably.

She is a founding member of Lucca’s Civil Chambers established in 2020.
